I believe that the key to relieving chronic pain, reducing stress, and generally being a bit more joyful lies in learning how to use a whole lot less effort to get through life. I want to work/move/live smarter not harder. I write about this journey of managing my pain, learning to soften my perfectionism, being more compassionate and kind with myself and generally inviting more lightness and ease into my life.
